We can't keep waiting!

Gender Identity Clinic waiting times are far worse than other NHS outpatient clinics. More than 2000 trans people in Scotland are waiting right now, and all will wait almost two years for a first appointment - with some waiting for three and a half years. Every day of waiting to start treatment causes distress. Please stick to your manifesto promise to "take action by committing to three years of centralised crisis intervention funding to improve care, support and services." This is urgently needed both to reduce waiting times, and to make Scotland's gender identity services fit for purpose.
